Introduction






Welcome to Londeka.com, Namibia’s first digital logistics platform operated by Windomarket Investment CC.


By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).


Please read them carefully — they govern your use of the platform, website, and related services.




If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Londeka.

Definitions






For clarity:





  • “Platform” refers to Londeka.com and related systems operated by Windomarket Investment CC.

  • “Shipper” means any individual or business posting loads to be transported.

  • “Trucker” or “Transporter” means any verified user offering trucks or trailers to transport loads.

  • “Driver” means an individual operating a registered truck under a trucker’s company.

  • “User” refers to any person accessing or using the platform, including shippers, truckers, and registered stakeholders.

  • “Stakeholder” includes clearance agents, driving academies, and other verified logistics participants.

Purpose of Londeka






Londeka acts as a digital facilitator connecting shippers and truckers to enable safe, efficient, and transparent logistics across Namibia and the SADC region.




We do not own or operate trucks, provide transport, or guarantee delivery.


We provide the technology and tools to connect verified users and simplify the movement of goods.










4. 


User Registration and Verification








4.1. Eligibility






You must be 18 years or older to register.


All users must provide accurate and verifiable details during sign-up.






4.2. Trucker Verification






Truckers must:





  • Pay a one-time activation fee and upload proof of payment.

  • Submit valid company documents, truck registration papers, and relevant permits.

  • Await approval before accessing full platform features.








4.3. Shipper Verification






Shippers must:





  • Upload valid identification or business documentation.

  • Complete the verification process to ensure safety and compliance.








4.4. Document Authenticity






Providing false or fraudulent documents may result in account suspension or permanent ban, and may be reported to authorities.
